VÉYL – Terms & Conditions
Hey love! By shopping with VÉYL, you’re agreeing to our little set of rules. Here’s the lowdown:

1. About Our Hijabs
We do our best to show true colours, but screens can be tricky—your hijab might look slightly different in real life. Every piece is crafted with care. We try our best to display the shades as true to colour as possible.

2. Prices & Payment
All prices are in AUD and might include GST. Payment is easy via our secure checkout options.

3. Orders & Availability
Sometimes things sell fast! We may need to cancel or adjust an order if an item is out of stock.

4. Shipping
We’ll send your order within 5-10 business days. Delivery times depend on your location. Any customs or import fees for international orders may incur additional charges.

5. Returns & Exchanges
Returns are welcome within 7 days if your hijab is unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

Customised hijabs can’t be returned unless there’s a fault.

Refunds go back to the original payment method.

6. Faulty Items
If your hijab arrives damaged or faulty, DM us within 7 days with a photo and we’ll sort it—replacement or refund, no stress.

7. Your Privacy
We promise your info stays safe. We only use it to get your order to you and keep you in the loop.

8. Legal Bits
All our designs, images, and branding belong to VÉYL—please don’t copy them.
