Exchange Policy
Eligibility:
Exchanges are accepted for unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items within 14 days of purchase.
Please keep the original packaging and tags intact.

Process:
Contact us via email or our website with your order number and reason for exchange.
Once approved, send the item back to us following our instructions.

Replacement Items:
We will send your replacement as soon as the returned item is received and inspected.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability; if your requested item is out of stock, we may offer store credit.

Non-Exchangeable Items:
Items that are worn, washed, or damaged cannot be exchanged.

Personalized or custom items are non-exchangeable unless faulty.

Shipping Costs:
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
